NFL Executive Caught Calling Black Players Harsh Names

An executive for the Washington Commanders from D.C. was  after he was caught saying awful things about the team’s Black players.

Rael Enteen, the vice president of the team, is the identified executive caught saying these horrible remarks. He was secretly recorded by a reporter and was said to call Black players “homophobic” and “dumb as hell.” Its unknown where he gets the correlation that Black people are inherently homophobic, but its is downright ridiculous and discriminatory. In 2024, people still can’t keep the hate to themselves.

Some of his remarks included saying things like, “A big chunk of (the Commanders’ roster) is very low-income African American that comes from a community that is inherently very homophobic.” And “I love hip-hop; hip hop is very homophobic,” and goes on to say, “It’s a cultural thing I hope gets better.”

However, the rampage does not stop there, as he goes on to call NFL players alcoholics and high school-educated. He also insinuates that fans of the NFL are stupid.

This very much sounds like a case of hating the career you have. Why repay the people that support your team and help run it by being down right nasty because of race? And why be racist by calling the African-American population homophobic? Like the queer community, they face vulnerability on the daily and are still fighting back against this recent wave of invigorated prejudice.

The reporter who recorded these statements allegedly matched with him on tinder and recorded him for over 11 minutes in which the comments were captured. The reporter has not been named.

O’keefe Media is a conservative outlet which uses so-called “citizen reporters” to record conversations with people. Often, their media is used in very misrepresentative ways, and many find their methods unethical. However, in this case, it seems to have uncovered some serious bias.

“The language used in the video runs counter to our values at the Commanders organization,” the teams official statement reads. It remains to be seen how this will impact how the team is seen.
