WATCH: South Carolina minister challenges homophobia in the church

The MoralCourageChannel on Youtube just uploaded a very touching video that highlights the amazing moral compass held by a minister in South Carolina.

Its most recent video focuses on Maria. A lesbian minister who uses her position to show acceptance to young queers who might not get it from the family or community.

“When I have a student walk in who identifies as LGBTQ, and the family system is rejecting them for religious reasons, I am watching this student make sense of enormous pain and loss,” she says in the video.
