The IML winner was Eric Guttierez (Mr. Leather Europe, 2010), Douglas Pamplin (Mr. Mid-Atlantic Leather 2011) placed first runner up and second runner up was awarded to Anthony Rollar (Mr. San Diego Leather 2010).
