Photo Gallery: Edgewater Pride’s Kick Off Party

Edgewater, Colorado kicked off Pride with a joyful community event held at The Hub at 40 West Arts Galleries on Saturday, May 3. The theme for this year: Transcend.

Cheer Colorado greeted visitors with exciting cheers and colorful pom-poms as they entered the event.

VIPs were gifted with a reusable bag full of fun goodies.

Music from DJ Evelyn Evermoore filled the space.

Inside, visitors were able to walk through the gallery featuring artwork from local artists and even get a flash tattoo.  Cheer Colorado put on an exciting number to kick off the performances. Liz Black, Executive Director of 40 West, gave a welcome speech. And then the night continued with stellar drag performances.
