Fenty Ad Stars Lesbian Beauty Queen Couple
Mariana Varela, also known as Miss Argentina, and Fabiola Valentín, Miss Puerto Rico, starred in the latest ad for Fenty Beauty, who released a new perfume. The pair announced in late October that their private relationship was going public—with the announcement of their marriage. Translated, Valentín’s Instagram post reads, “After deciding to keep our relationship private, we opened the doors (to it) on a special day.” Since then, the newlyweds have been all over each other’s Instagram pages.
Released on both Instagram pages on February 1, the ad contained a voiceover from the couple telling the story of how they had met at a pageant in Thailand and become friends despite their being competitors. “We were inseparable,” the voiceover says. “The details—like how we like our coffee—everything kept flowing.” The friendship blossomed into something more romantic over time.
“Sweet but soft at the same time,” was the description they give of the perfume itself, which is an apt description of the Fenty ad, as well. The couple displays their passion for each other openly and joyfully in every shot.

About the perfume itself, Rihanna says in the item description on fentybeauty.com, “What began as a garden walk in the global center of perfume became an unapologetic expression of my full and true essence.
