Executive Order drafted to end workplace LGBT discrimination

President Obama’s Administration has drafted an executive order that would end all LGBT discrimination for federal contractors and subcontractors. Obama previously said that the ENDA should be passed by the House, but conservatives have slowed the passage to a near halt.

Obama is tired of waiting. This draft may be his way of kicking Congress into gear, so he may not sign the Executive Order right away.
