On January 21, Envision: You announced that they have welcomed three new members to the board. Rich Bailey (he/him), Kate Huckabay (she/her), and Karyan “Ryn” Skultety (she/her) begin their two-year term effective February 2022.
According to a press release by Envision:You, Bailey supports his dedication for expanding education and resources in the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer (questioning), intersex, and asexual (LGBTQIA) community by creating connections through his active involvement in the greater range region.
He has more than 20 years of experience working in Information Technology for large-scale health systems workflow and organizational expertise, technical implementations, and training.

Huckabay is a social justice advocate, facilitator, and coach with over 15 years of experience in academia, consulting, and volunteering. She is a senior consultant at the Karrikins Group, a global behavior change company. She previously worked at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and revived the Anschutz Inclusivity Alliance.
Skultety is a passionate and dynamic LGBTQ leader known for inspiring and advocating for change, she is an executive consultant providing strategic consultation and leadership support to nonprofits across the country. She was the executive director of Openhouse, where she opened San Francisco’s first LGBTQ affordable senior housing complex.
“These exceptional leaders bring a wealth of experience, passion and knowledge to the Envision:You Board of Directors, and I am thrilled by the opportunity to work closely with them going forward,” says Envision:You Chief Executive Officer Steven Haden.

Envision:You is committed to improving the mental health of Colorado’s LGBTQ+ community with a multifaceted approach in collaboration with partners from around the state. Their mission is to support, educate, and empower members of the Colorado LGBTQ+ community who are living with a mental health and/or substance use disorder.
