The Gag is: RuPaul’s ‘All Stars’ Renews with Paramount

The gagging and “lip syncing for your life and not fucking it up” continues, as RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars is renewed for a new season. Paramount+ has announced it will host Season Seven of the All Stars show—the witty spin-off to the original RuPaul’s Drag Race.
That’s not all; Ru’s drag empire’s expansion is making more headway with the second season renewal of Queens of The Universe. At the Viacom CBS Investors Event, Paramount+ announced that the two best queens from RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Seven will take it to the stage and death drop it out for 100,000. Not to mention the new roster of girls will fight for the crown “Queen of The Universe” —Hopefully these queens are ready to show off their vocal abilities.
So far, the winners of the RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars franchise consist of Chad Michaels, Alaska Thunderfuck, Trixie Mattel, Triniti the Tuck, Monet X Change, Shea Couee, and Kylie Sonique Love. Fans are wondering what new talent is going to show up and show out?
The Drag Race empire has seen many partnerships in its day; the television show originated on Logo, then migrated to VH1, and now Paramount+.
Season Seven could prove to be flop in ratings for the drag queen’s empire because some fans simply don’t want to pay for the Paramount+ subscription, which is a separate streaming service. Paramount+ essential plan costs $4.99 or $49.99 annually. The premium plan costs $9.99 per month or an annual fee of $99.99 and bundles that include showtime. It’s understandable that some fans are up in arms over the network selection. Though, loyal die-hard lip-syncing fans will adapt, and gladly gag with Ru and the girls on Paramount+.
Paramount+ has not released a premiere date, but fans can be assured that RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Seven will be available soon.
