As you may (or may not) know, the 26th Annual GLAAD Media Awards happened last night, and celebrities showed up in throngs to support the LGBT community.

Hosted by comedian Tig Notaro, appearances were made and awards were given to some of our favorite LGBT stars and allies including; Channing Tatum presenting the Stephen F. Kolzak Award to director Roland Emmerich, Shonda Rimes receiving the award for Outstanding Drama Series for “How to Get Away with Murder,” and “Glee” receiving a Special Recognition Award for its six-year run.

The highlight of the evening came when Ellen DeGeneres presented Kerry Washington with the Vanguard Award. And she had some things to say.
