Beer Bust and Protest
by OFM
November 11, 2013
It was business as usual inside the Wrangler during beer bust on November 10. Hundreds hundred big burly bears and their admirers showed up to socialize, enjoy the bust and watch the Denver Broncos defeat the San Diego Chargers. But business was not so usual outside — a dozen peaceful picketers took to the sidewalk in order to protest the bar’s policy of denying entry to individuals if their appearance does not match their government issued ID. The group hopes to change the policy.
