‘Queer Eye’ Stars JVN and Antoni Porowski Just Made Us All Mad

Queer Eye stars Johnathan Van Ness and Antoni Porowski have trolled the internet with a series of Twitter and Instagram posts.

These photos and the caption, which depicted JVN and Antoni Porowski in various cute poses, caused fans to speculate that the Queer Eye costars were now in a committed relationship with each other as well as possibly working on a project, with one fan writing “If y’all are together, then congrats! If this is a plug for a new project, then also congrats!”

The posts were an advertisement for JVN and Porowski’s new pet food mix ins, Yummers, which, according to JVN, are an “incredible, sustainable, and deLISH (ask Larry) pet food company that he (Porowski) and I co-founded! These essential meal-mix ins make your pet’s food infinitely more flavorful and nutritious, just by mixing in a little on top of each meal.”

JVN and Porowski are not only food and beauty stars, they are also businesspeople. They are notorious for using their incredible platform to advertise various products, such as when JVN came out as nonbinary while promoting Essie nail polish.

The rumors of JVN and Porowski having romantic ties are often misconstrued from on the pair’s close friendship. Despite the fact that Porowski is single and  JVN is happily married to Mark Peacock, a ceramics artist, the duo maintain their bestie status. Are you really best friends if you haven’t at least considered making a company together?

This is not the first time that JVN and Porowski have joked about being romantically involved. In 2019, the pair were pictured sharing a kiss, but JVN took to Instagram to stop the rumors with the caption, “It was all Antoni’s idea ????️‍???? but maybe someday we will fall in love @antoni #notacouplebutitwasfunright.” Fan reactions ranged from outraged and genuinely feeling duped that the two aren’t together to joy that the two are becoming business partners.
